3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7500 Series is a premium facepiece with a 3M Cool Flow Valve, a soft silicone faceseal for comfort, and a dual-mode head harness for either standard or drop-down mode. 3M 7500 Series is NIOSH-approved with a wide variety of 3M bayonet-style filters and cartridges.

This 3M Reusable Respirator 7500 Series is designed with advanced silicone material to provide comfortable and long-lasting respiratory protection. Its unique adjustment design helps minimize pressure points on the face, ensuring even greater comfort. The 3M Cool Flow Valve incorporated in this respirator facilitates easier breathing by reducing heat and moisture build-up, resulting in a cool and dry wearing experience. This respirator offers reliable protection against particulates, as well as a wide range of gases and vapors when used with approved 3M cartridges and filters (cartridges and filters not included). When properly fitted and used with approved 3M cartridges and filters, this respirator, commonly referred to as a mask, can provide respiratory protection at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL). The exhalation valve cover of this respirator directs exhaled breath and moisture downward, while also safeguarding the valve area from debris. This feature not only ensures easier cleaning but also enhances the overall durability of the respirator. This 3M Reusable Respirator 7500 Series is recommended for various applications, including abatement, painting, welding, chemical handling, construction, utilities, mining, pharmaceutical, and smelting. It has been tested and approved by NIOSH, a Federal government regulatory agency, for use with 3M cartridges, filters, or supplied air systems to reduce the risk of breathing in certain airborne contaminants. It is important to note that respirators help protect against specific airborne contaminants. Before using this product, it is essential for the wearer to thoroughly read and understand the User Instructions provided with the packaging. Additionally, it is crucial to comply with all local regulations. In the United States, the implementation of a written respiratory protection program is required, meeting all the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134, including training, fit testing, and medical evaluation.
